PXE Boot From S3 Without a Traditional Boot Server

UEFI firmware from roughly 2015 supports HTTP boot, letting machines fetch an EFI binary over TCP from an S3 bucket instead of a TFTP server. The setup uses iPXE as an intermediate stage and requires DHCP option 60 set to HTTPClient.
