Vietnam imposed fines of up to 50 million dong ($1,900) for unlicensed crypto trading and up to 200 million dong ($7,700) for unauthorized offerings and AML violations under Decree No. 284/2026/NĐ-CP. The rules authorize activity suspensions, license revocations, and asset confiscations ahead of a regulated market launch expected in the third quarter.
