Dublin-based video advertising mediation layer Shinka raised €1.9M ($2.2M) in seed funding led by Irish angel investors and Enterprise Ireland. CEO Kieran Greene founded the company in 2024 to provide real-time auction tools for Connected TV and Digital Out-of-Home media owners, aiming to scale operations into the US and APAC markets.
