UK AI minister Kanishka Narayan said at the Labour Party conference that testing AI models is not enough and countries must harden defences against growing risks. He cited cybersecurity and biochemical threats, and said the UK will push for global AI principles at next year's G20. The White House has warned G20 members against new global rules.
