Samsung introduced Flex Titanium, a new display architecture for the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Z Fold 8 Ultra. It uses a titanium-alloy film under the OLED panel that is 20 times stiffer than plastic and less than 30% the thickness of a human hair, paired with a titanium plate to reduce air gaps and minimize the crease.
