Anthropic inks $19B AI data center lease with TeraWulf

Anthropic PBC will pay $19 billion to lease a TeraWulf Inc. data center for 20 years. The Nasdaq-listed AI infrastructure developer announced the deal today. The data center is being built on the site of a former crypto mining facility. TeraWulf shares rose 4.8% on the news.
