Adani Enterprises and Jabil signed an MoU on Monday for a proposed 50:50 joint venture to manufacture AI and data centre hardware in India. The deal covers racks, servers, and cooling systems, with Adani Group committing $100 billion to build 5 GW of green-energy-powered data centres by 2035.
