Indianapolis Officers Charged in Flock Camera Misuse

Five Indianapolis police officers were charged Wednesday with fraud and misconduct for misusing Flock license-plate cameras to track people not suspected of crimes, including exes. One officer, Jonathan Schultz, faces stalking charges. Four were suspended and recommended for termination; one resigned. Nationwide, at least 100 police employees have been accused of similar misuse, per Washington Post investigations.
