Starlink reapplies for 30,000-satellite Gen 2 in India

Starlink reapplied to IN-SPACe for its Gen 2 constellation of nearly 30,000 low Earth orbit satellites at 340-615 km, adding direct-to-device connectivity. The regulator rejected the earlier Gen 2 application because features and spectrum bands did not conform to Indian requirements.
