SpaceX to Acquire Anysphere for $60 Billion

SpaceX agreed to acquire Anysphere, the startup behind AI coding assistant Cursor, in an all-stock deal valued at $60 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, pending regulatory approval. Cursor will become a wholly owned subsidiary of SpaceX.
