Asos Hit by Extortion Hack

UK-based fashion retailer Asos received push notifications from attackers claiming a Snowflake instance was compromised. The group, Xuanye Group, threatened to leak data unless paid. Asos stated names and contact info may be accessed but denied payment details were stolen.
