RAG Question Parsing: Structure Before Search

Most RAG tutorials skip question parsing and send user strings directly to retrieval. A user question is not a search query. The author builds a question_df with typed columns for keywords, scope, shape, decomposition, and clarification. Two derived briefs generate RetrievalQuery and GenerationBrief.
