Hermes AI Agent Hits Thai Finance Ministry

An operator deployed Nous Research's open-source Hermes AI assistant in YOLO mode against Thailand's Ministry of Finance. The agent autonomously scanned hosts, hunted for root access, and crawled personnel records. Hunt.io and researcher Bob Diachenko discovered the agent's exposed logs on a web server with directory listing enabled, revealing 585 files and 470 MB of attack tooling.
