Bhutan's Gelephu Mindfulness City appointed Canadian digital-asset manager 3iQ to manage an undisclosed portion of its Bitcoin treasury. The partnership supports Gelephu's development as a digital-asset investment hub. 3iQ will also establish a local presence and invest in talent.
