Apple will update the Mac Studio this fall with M5 Max and M5 Ultra chips, debuting as early as October. The M5 Ultra may support up to 768GB of RAM, 36 CPU cores, and 80 GPU cores. A 2028 M7 Ultra model could support 1.5TB of RAM.
