UNSW Sets Perovskite Solar Efficiency Record

UNSW researchers partnered with UtmoLight to achieve a certified stabilized power conversion efficiency of 23.5% for a 30 x 30 cm perovskite solar submodule. This result beats the previous benchmark by 0.6 percentage points and eliminates the conventional nickel oxide layer.
