GenLayer Foundation Appoints Edgars Nemše CEO

The GenLayer Foundation named co-founder Edgars Nemše as CEO, moving him from GenLayer Labs to lead operations ahead of the network's token launch and mainnet. Founder David Riudor becomes Chief Institutional Officer. The Foundation plans a four-year handover of its treasury, grants and governance duties to DeepThought, an on-chain organization running on GenLayer.
