Taiwan's mobile-network throttling drill ended at 15:00 on 13 August 2026, but a Taipei observation point on Taiwan Mobile 4G still measured 55.2 kbit/s at 15:08 and a streaming test timed out. A 17:47 retest reached 30.1 Mbit/s, bounding subscriber recovery between 15:12 and 17:47.
