Nvidia released Nemotron 3.5 Lightning, a 30 billion parameter mixture-of-experts model with three billion active parameters. It uses a hybrid Mamba-2, MoE, and attention architecture with a one million token context window. Weights are available on Hugging Face and ModelScope.
