Cloudflare Launches Issues Error Monitoring for Workers

Cloudflare launched Issues in open beta, built-in error monitoring for Workers that groups repeated exceptions, 5xx responses and error logs into single issues. One line of configuration enables it with no SDK. Issues can automatically send error context to coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor or Devin, which then investigate and open pull requests. Cloudflare found two Workflows bugs within a day of testing.
