Canadian Hacked Schools in Four States

Canadian nationals Ryan James Roach and Mathiew James Stubbings are accused of hacking schools in New York, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Massachusetts between June 2016 and December 2019. Roach was extradited to the US last week to face charges of conspiracy and intentional damage to protected computers.
