Moody's Assigns Investment-Grade Ratings to RLUSD

Moody's Ratings assigned investment-grade A2 long-term and P-1 short-term deposit ratings to Ripple's RLUSD stablecoin. The agency cited credit quality and market value of reserve assets held with BNY. The U.S. dollar stablecoin, launched in December 2024, has grown to a $2.5 billion market capitalization. Ratings were assigned under methodology published in March 2026.
