Brinqa Inc. acquired offensive security validation platform PlexTrac Inc. for an undisclosed sum, adding penetration testing validation to its exposure management platform. The combined companies serve over 3,000 customers in 57 countries, including more than 25% of the Fortune 500. PlexTrac's products will remain standalone offerings.
