The Razer Seiren V3 Pro is a $249.99 end-address cardioid microphone with USB-C and XLR connectivity, 32-bit float support, and a capacitive-touch mute button. 32-bit float recording works only through Razer's Synapse app on Windows. The mic is rare for supporting 32-bit float, but cheaper alternatives perform similarly.
