Kia Canada COO Elias El-Achhab states the company aims to be the first affordable EV brand in Canada, offering value beyond just low prices. The EV3 launched in August starting at CAD $39,744, while the EV4 starts at CAD $38,995 and the EV5 at CAD $43,495.
