Mumbai-based consumer appliance startup EDT raised $2.4 Mn in an oversubscribed pre-Series A round led by existing investor Sauce.vc, with Alteria Capital and angel investors joining. The company will build festive inventory, launch new products and expand teams. EDT also launched its SUKI hairdryer line, priced at ₹8,999, and plans three more product launches.
