Binance insists MiCA application is compliant despite rejection reports

Binance stated that Greece's Hellenic Capital Market Commission completed its review of the exchange's Markets in Crypto Assets application and considered it compliant with MiCA requirements, subject to European Securities and Markets Authority review. The company warned that any rejection delaying its EU operations could weaken liquidity and reduce competition.
