SQL alerting now in Cloud Monitoring preview

Cloud Monitoring Observability Analytics now supports SQL alerting in preview. Users write SQL queries over logs and traces to create alerts. The alerting policy runs the query on a schedule, applies a lookback window, and triggers incidents via email, Slack, or PagerDuty. Query executions are billed through BigQuery.
