Anthropic Launches Mythos-Class Models After Developing Safeguards

Anthropic launched Claude Fable 5 for general use and Claude Mythos 5 for select cyber defenders via Project Glasswing. Mythos 5 is the same model as Fable 5 but with cyber safeguards lifted. Claude Mythos Preview previously identified over 10,000 vulnerabilities in critical software by May 22.
