Walt Disney World is launching a beta AI chatbot for its booking site and app, powered by Google Cloud's Gemini. The tool will allow guests to ask conversational questions about hotel recommendations, compare resorts, and receive AI-generated summaries on rates and availability. It will only use official Disney data and will initially be available to randomly selected guests in the US and Canada.
