Perficient Launches AI Tools for Medicare Ratings

Perficient launched an AI suite to help Medicare Advantage plans raise CMS star ratings on 8 October. The tools use predictive analytics and simulation modelling. This follows a drop in qualifying plans from 229 of 516 a year earlier to 188 of 508. The owner, Swedish group EQT, bought Perficient for roughly $3B in October 2024.
