Insilico Medicine's AI-designed lung drug rentosertib lowered biological age markers in a 42-patient analysis published in Nature Biotechnology. Six independent proteomic clocks showed treated patients appeared 2.7 to 3.5 years younger at week four. The phase 2a trial's primary endpoint was safety, and rentosertib entered phase 3 in July.
