Seagate and Toshiba Battle for TDK HDD Heads

Seagate Technology and Toshiba reportedly compete to acquire TDK's hard disk drive magnetic head business in a transaction valued at several billion dollars. Toshiba denied meeting with TDK executives last week, while Seagate entered negotiations in summer with a higher offer.
