KuCoin owes $2M after token dispute ruling

A Seychelles court awarded Swiss investor Didier Rabl over $2 million after KuCoin declared his 21 million CoinPoker tokens abandoned. KuCoin has not paid, and Rabl plans to sue again. The ruling found KuCoin could not treat unwithdrawn tokens as abandoned without a contractual forfeiture term.
