Updates to Terms of Service

Vercel updated its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to support agentic infrastructure features. Hobby plan users are opted into AI model training by default with opt-out available. Pro paid users are opted out by default with opt-in available. Opt-out by March 31st 2026 prevents data use from the start.
