Samsung Electronics stock dropped 7.5% and SK Hynix stock fell 9.5% in South Korea on Thursday as AI stocks extended their selloff after Democrats won both chambers of Congress in the midterm elections. Nvidia stock fell 3% on Wednesday, and CoreWeave stock fell about 10%.
