Swara Baby Products filed a DRHP for a ₹1,000 Cr IPO with a ₹500 Cr fresh issue and ₹500 Cr OFS. Parent BrainBees, which operates FirstCry, will sell shares worth ₹300 Cr. Proceeds will fund a new Madhya Pradesh plant and repay debt.
