Clearlake Acquires LCM CLO Contracts

Clearlake Capital's credit platform will assume management of 31 CLOs from LCM Asset Management, adding over $5 billion in assets. The deal increases Clearlake Credit's total managed assets to approximately $39 billion across liquid and private credit strategies.
