Aurum PropTech will acquire Housing.com via a share swap, issuing 1.98 crore shares at ₹231.42 each to REA India. The deal values Housing's parent at ₹458.1 Cr. REA India's stake in Aurum will rise to 24.9%. The acquisition is expected to close before September 30, 2026.
