Singular Photonics raised $2.15 million in an oversubscribed round led by ACF Investors to develop SPAD-based image sensors. The Edinburgh company spun out of University of Edinburgh research by Professor Robert Henderson. Dipesh Patel, former Arm CTO, joined the board.
