Adrafinil is a macOS menu bar app that prevents system sleep exclusively while an AI coding agent has an active session. It overrides clamshell sleep only when agents like Claude Code or Cursor are working, then clears immediately. Unlike caffeinate or Amphetamine, it does not keep the machine awake indefinitely.
