Strategy criticized MSCI's proposed "non-operating company" rules, which could remove it from global equity indexes. The proposal would also exclude Metaplanet and Yellow Cake from the MSCI ACWI IMI. Strategy said index providers should measure markets, not decide which assets companies can own.
