Vanguard VTI will hold more SpaceX stock than VOO after SpaceX IPO

SpaceX raises $75 billion in IPO at $1.77 trillion valuation. Vanguard Total Stock Market ETF (VTI) holds 3,494 stocks versus S&P 500 ETF (VOO)'s 500. VTI includes smaller companies not in S&P 500, so it will own more SpaceX shares after IPO. Both ETFs have 0.03% expense ratios. VOO tracks S&P 500, VTI tracks CRSP U.S. Total Market Index.
