LG Display Scraps Nanjing LCD Unit Sale

LG Display has terminated the sale of its automotive LCD module business in Nanjing, China, to Top Run Total Solution. The RMB 491.5 million ($68.9 million) deal collapsed after the two sides failed to agree on completion conditions. The closing date had already slipped from July 30 to September 30. Top Run said the contract ended by mutual agreement, with no penalty fees.
