Envirotech Vehicles (NASDAQ: EVTV) completed its merger with Azio AI on July 2, 2026, accelerating its pivot to an AI datacenter provider. The company deployed six megawatts of off-grid power at its South Texas site and secured rights to a 548-acre site for up to 500 MW. Simon Yu became President and Chris Young CEO.
