Apple published a study showing the Apple Watch Series 12 has the best overall heart rate accuracy among wearables, tested against 1,460 people using a Polar H10 chest strap as reference. The Google Pixel Watch 4 showed higher accuracy in one rest condition, but the margin was less than 0.5 beats per minute.
