Samsung has begun shipping tenth-generation V-NAND chips to NVIDIA, expanding their partnership beyond DRAM and HBM. Samsung held 29% of the global NAND market in Q1 2026. The move supports NVIDIA's upcoming Context Memory Storage (CMX) system, which offers 9,600TB via 576 SSDs. Samsung aims to produce 250 million TB of NAND this year.
