AMD CEO Lisa Su is expected to visit South Korea next month for high-level meetings with Samsung Electronics executives. The talks may finalize an existing memorandum of understanding on HBM4 AI memory chips, covering supply volume, price and delivery schedule. Samsung was previously selected as AMD's priority HBM4 supplier, and a finalized deal would bring significant chip revenue.
