Canadian AI lab Cohere signed a letter of intent to buy AISLE, a San Francisco cybersecurity startup founded in 2025. The deal adds AI security to Cohere's merger with Germany's Aleph Alpha, valued at about $20 billion, and extends its European footprint with AISLE's Prague hub.
