On Oct. 14, Anthropic announced Ben Mann as a cofounder in a Singapore press release. However, its 335-page IPO filing on Oct. 14 excludes him from the Founder LLC and Continuing Founder cohort. A spokesperson confirmed it is still fair to refer to him as a cofounder despite this legal distinction.
